HOMEBUILDERS GROUP ARGUES THAT REGULATIONS FOR LOW-IMPACT DEVELOPMENT MUST BE FLEXIBLE

The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) has urged Congress to make any regulations for "low-impact" development flexible.
